The PPC Advertising Management service

We will help you open up to three third-party search engine advertising accounts. We will create your advertising campaigns and submit them to the search engines. When your advertisements are online, we will attempt to reduce your advertising costs using an automatic bid management program. Every month we will provide you with a detailed report on your campaigns.

Regardless of how much we do for you, your advertising effort may still become unsuccessful for a number of reasons. Examples:

Unfortunately, all these situations are beyond our control. We cannot take any responsibility for your relationship with the search engines. 

Your account

This service is prepaid monthly. When we receive your sign-up form, we invoice you the setup fee plus the first monthly fee. When we receive your payment, we start working with your website.

You may terminate your subscription at any time after the minimum term. We will refund both the setup fee and the monthly fees if you cancel the agreement within the first 30 days, unless your website, advertisements or keywords have been rejected by the search engines.

We will invoice you monthly on the date when your account was activated. If we don’t receive your payments in time, we reserve the right to cancel your subscription.

Unless otherwise noted, all prices are in US dollars, and do not include VAT.

This agreement shall be treated as though it were executed and performed in Stockholm, Sweden, and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden.
